Get ready to run all the administrative activities in our fantastic new offices on the 11th floor of a modern, huge building! Our new offices are at Gara Herastrau Nr 4B, next to Promenada mall.


Your main responsibilities

  • Answer calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals, making everyone talk about your excellent communication skills.
  • Collect, sort, distribute or prepare mail or courier deliveries with lightning speed.
  • Manage appointments, book meeting rooms and welcome guests.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports that will make people stumble.
  • Monitor supplies; make all necessary ordering to ensure that people will not chase you because you run out of coffee :)
  • Liaise with staff in other departments; with external contacts and suppliers.
  • Provide answers for administrative issues to all employees, before they even think of the questions!
  • File and maintain records; organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, phone systems and videoconference with eyes closed!
  • Manage and maintain accounting files.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Reliability and trustworthiness were always your strong points
  • You are fond of clear processes and procedures, but you can always think “out of the box”, when needed

Required knowledge & experience

  • You will bring your 2 years experience with you & we will get the best of it!
  • Your English is so good, people think you are British…or American
  • Learning MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) was a piece of cake for you
  • You were always good with numbers, so the accounting duties will be a walk in the park for you
